Étienne directed the artistic vision for the 22nd edition of the Edinburgh Charity Fashion Show, managing a team of 12 creatives across fashion, styling, music, and digital content.

In addition to the event, the team delivered 6 photoshoots, 4 films and an original score in six months on a limited budget.

01 - Editorials

The roll-out for the show included a series of 4 editorials each matching one of the four sections of the show. The intention behind these was to display the garments used in the show, build traction for the event, and involve young local creatives within the project.

Étienne was in charge of overseeing each of these, which included finding the locations, selecting the garments, and building the creative team for each shoot.

02 - Fashion Film

The roll-out also included a fashion film, with each section released gradually alongside the editorials. Étienne collaborated with director Cameron Shin to create four short films that explored the show’s central theme of self-reflection.

03 - Show Theme Music

Working with composer JTD, Étienne developed a 40-minute soundtrack for the show, designed for both the runway and the fashion films. Aiming to introduce live original music for the first time at ECFS, he partnered with conductor Fraser Macdonald to adapt the score and assemble an ensemble to perform it.

04 - Show Day

On the day of the show, Étienne oversaw all creative operations, coordinating the models, styling, hair and make-up, and directing both the photography and videography teams to ensure a seamless execution of the event’s visual vision.
